Referral Program Policy

Terms & Conditions

  1. Eligibility & Participation
    Participation is open to active customers and non-customers of The Shredder + MedShred. To be eligible for a reward, the referrer must submit the referral via the official online form prior to the referred party signing a contract.

  2. Qualifying Referrals
    A "Qualifying Referral" is defined as a new business entity that:
    • Is not currently in an active contract or in active sales discussions with The Shredder + MedShred.
    • Signs a service agreement and successfully completes their first scheduled service.

  3. Reward Structure & Fulfillment
    Rewards are tiered based on the estimated annual contract value (ACV) of the referred account:

    • Tier 1 (Under $2,000 ACV): $50 Reward
    • Tier 2 ($2,000 – $10,000 ACV): $150 Reward
    • Tier 3 (Above $10,000 ACV): $250 Reward

    Fulfillment Method: * Active Customers: Rewards are issued as an Account Credit applied to the next billing cycle. Credits have no cash value and expire 12 months from the date of issuance.

    • Non-Customers: Rewards are issued via a Virtual Visa Gift Card sent to the email address provided on the referral form.

  4. Tax Compliance & Annual Limits
    In accordance with IRS regulations, total rewards exceeding $599 per calendar year may require the submission of a Form W-9. Referrers are solely responsible for any tax liabilities associated with the receipt of rewards.

  5. Program Modifications The Shredder + MedShred reserves the right to verify the validity of all referrals and to disqualify any entries that do not comply with these terms. We reserve the right to modify or terminate this program at any time without prior notice.
